This policy explains how Sujify processes, ships, tracks, and delivers online orders.

1. Processing Time Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed on the next business day. During busy periods, such as product launches or the November–December period, processing may take up to 3 business days.

2. Shipping Destinations Sujify currently ships to the United Kingdom, European Union countries, and selected international destinations. If your country is unavailable at checkout, we may not currently ship there.

International delivery times are estimates and may vary by country.

6. Tracking: If tracking is available for your chosen service, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. The carrier provides tracking updates, but they may take time to appear after dispatch.

7. Customs, Import VAT, and Duties. For orders outside the UK, your order may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, handling fees, or local taxes. The destination country sets these charges, which the customer is responsible for. Sujify is not responsible for customs delays or charges applied by customs authorities or local carriers.

8. Delays: Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, customs checks, carrier delays, incorrect address details, seasonal demand, or public holidays. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at hello@sujify.co.uk.

9. Missing Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email hello@sujify.co.uk with your order number and delivery address. We will check tracking and work with the carrier where possible.

10. Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, email hello@sujify.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging.

11. Incorrect Address Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Contact us immediately at hello@sujify.co.uk if you spot an error — we can only update addresses before dispatch.
