Sujify Refunds & Returns Policy Last updated: 01/05/2026
At Sujify, we want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and faulty items are handled.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
1. Your Right to Cancel If you are a UK or EU consumer buying online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item without giving a reason. After telling us you want to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the item to us.
To cancel, email hello@sujify.co.uk with your order number, full name, the item, and a note stating you'd like to cancel.
2. Sujify 30-Day Return Window We offer a 30-day return window from delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, clean, in original condition, and returned with original packaging where possible. For hygiene reasons, returned hair accessories must be unused and clean.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items Contact hello@sujify.co.uk within 7 days with your order number, description of the issue, and photos. We will offer a replacement, refund, or repair, and cover return postage where required.
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned We cannot accept returns where the item has been used, worn, returned dirty or damaged, damaged by misuse, is personalised/custom-made (unless faulty), or is outside the return window.
5. Return Shipping Costs Change-of-mind returns: customer pays return postage. We cover return postage if we sent the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged or faulty. Please use a tracked service — we cannot issue refunds for items we don't receive without proof of return.

6. Refunds Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return, to the original payment method. For statutory cancellations, we refund only the item price plus the standard delivery cost.
7. Exchanges Email hello@sujify.co.uk with your order number and the item you'd like instead. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

- Explain the reason and attach photos if faulty
- Wait for return instructions before sending
